Overview:

• Our goal is to produce one animation each month featuring the company’s mascot, Hugo, as a way to showcase our studio’s creative capabilities.

• As Production Lead, I organized the pipeline and task distribution to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery. I maintained regular communication with the team to anticipate needs, resolve blockers, and preserve the desired style throughout production.

• I also developed a replicable monthly workflow that provides each artist with the assets, briefs, and references they need to begin work efficiently. This structure reduced confusion, prevented delays, and helped us hit our deadlines with consistency.
